1 General Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the tk44 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk44 and you ("user" or "member"). By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to all of these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on tk44, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are not allowed.
The account is for your personal use only — managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the tk44 support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

tk44 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and payment method at any time. If required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Financial Transactions and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tk44 is ৳100. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. However, this time may increase while a verification process is ongoing.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account has been fully verified and that applicable wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates will apply for transactions in foreign currency.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200; or deposit ৳14,000 and receive a maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus offers are applicable once and for one account only.
tk44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of multiple accounts, fraud, or abuse is found.
tk44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Each promotional offer may have its own additional terms and conditions.
Winnings from bonus use cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.

5 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

tk44's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback rewards are given at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active participation, members can progress step by step to higher VIP tiers. VIP benefits may be changed at tk44's discretion.

6 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk44:

Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
Coordinated betting or "bonus hunting" with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
Opening an account using fake or another person's identity documents.
Conducting transactions using another person's payment method.
Playing using software bots or automation.
Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
Money laundering or illegal financial activity.

If any such activity is identified, tk44 reserves the right to immediately close the account, cancel bonuses, and withhold deposited funds.

7 Betting Rules and Game Regulations

7.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the relevant amount will be automatically returned to the account.

7.2 Result Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a game, the records of the relevant game provider will be considered final. tk44 ensures fair play in all games, and every game is operated through secure technology.

7.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows participation in markets covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are variable, and tk44 reserves the right to change any odds up until the match begins.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Valid funds in a member's account will remain secure during any service suspension.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk44 is not liable for:

Losses caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
Losses caused by third-party actions or hacking attempts.
Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

In any circumstance, tk44's maximum liability will be equal to the most recent deposit made by the relevant member.

13 Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Member

Any member may request closure of their account at any time through our support team. Please ensure all valid funds are withdrawn before the account is closed.

13.2 Closure by tk44

tk44 may close an account without prior notice in cases of breach of terms, fraud, abuse, or security risk. In such cases, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

14 Dispute Resolution

If no resolution is reached through discussion, the independent audit report or server logs of the relevant game provider will be considered as final evidence.

15 Changes to Terms

tk44 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
